'Gerbino' olive groves grow on the beautiful hillsides of Contessa Entellina, Palermo. The dry and windy Mediterranean climate area is perfect for growing organic Sicilian olives. Each October, the Di Giovanna family hand-harvests their olives and on the same day they are milled into extra virgin olive oil. A medium intensity finishing oil, it will enhance the flavors of any dish. It is a fragrant olive oil with notes of fresh herbs and citrus, elegant in taste with a mild peppery finish.
